Prior to joining The Law Office of Fedor Kozlov, Kathy practiced securities law at the Securities Department at the Illinois Secretary of State’s office. She represented investors against securities fraud and coordinated with other federal and state agencies on parallel investigations and enforcement actions.
Kathy received her undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame and her law degree from The John Marshall Law school. Additionally, she received a Master of Science degree in Viticulture and Enology from the University of California at Davis.
Kathy believes that client engagement is central to achieving successful results and she is committed to maintaining a high level of communication that truly involves the client in every step of the litigation process.
